AHOY, IT’S TIME FOR THE SECOND MEETING OF SAILA!

SOUTHERN AFRICA’S INTEGRATIVE LAWYERS ASSOCIATION

What is Integrative Law? See the Centre for Integrative Law’s site

It was a breath of fresh air at the 1st meeting of SAILA to have lawyers connect with each other from a deeper place than that of the intellect.

To keep the momentum going and discover what wants to emerge, what you’d like to contribute and what you’d like to receive by being part of this group, please join us to continue the connections and conversation.

September’s SAILA theme is

“lawyers of competence, conscience and compassion”

This was inspired by the mission of Santa Clara University School of Law in California. They have a wonderful Leadership for Lawyers Program which I hope to be bringing to South Africa, adapted for SA needs, in 2014.

SAILA meeting:

Wednesday 11 September

5 to 7pm

Venue: CBD venue is still being decided !(free venue still being sought – any ideas?)

RSVP so we know what numbers look like! events@integrativelaw.co.za

Each of you is asked to bring at least one friend or colleague so we can really grow the Integrative Law Movement in SA.

Please visit & “like” the CIL Facebook page – there are some posts about SAILA – and learn more about what’s happening around the world in the Integrative Law Movement.
